pickleville praline, 16 x 16 oil on cradled wood, purchase on zatista
The 2nd piece in my new abstract series: “rêves de mémoire”. Each painting is inspired by the smells, sounds, and feelings in a sweet moment or particular place.
pickleville praline depicts the feelings pondered when I remember summer gatherings with the designer’s family at Bear Lake: serenity and laziness at the lake during the day contrasted by the nightly excitement just down the road.
Oozing with yummy paint, this piece is full of texture and has 1 1/2 ” wood sides painted gray, wired, and ready to hang ;).
What moments are you relishing this summer? xo ~ katrina
