After making some simple cookie cutter-style sushi for the 9 kiddos, we began making our own.

It was all so delicious.  I’m not even sure if I really tried each roll because I couldn’t stuff them in the explorer’s mouth fast enough.  He also adored the pink japanese strawberry milk Annelisa had brought.  He would practically shout to get our attention for more.  🙂

I adore sushi…the more we make, the more admiration I have for the sushi chefs out there.
