It was one of those mornings…you know, the kind where you ask yourself, “Is it really nice enough to take the kiddos to the park, or should we do it another day?”
The sky is so cloudy you can’t distinguish where they begin and end. And the wind is wild and untamable.
But you throw on coats & hats and hope for the best.
It only takes minutes to know that it was all worth it.
The pure joy exuding from their faces, shining eyes, and giggles filling the wild, windy air.
And you smile when you hear that, tomorrow, it is supposed to snow.
Thank goodness for those perfectly imperfect days!
