development – an orange smoothie


Is it possible to eat too many smoothies?  We rarely make the same one twice, here is one of our latest favs…

an orange smoothie

3/4 c seeded grapes
1/2 small cantaloupe, seeded and fruit cut off of rinds
3/4 c baby carrots
1 banana
1 c frozen peaches

blend until smooth

serves 2-4
