Today was dedicated a “Sick Day,” as the grower, dancer and I all have a head cold, runny nose, and grouchy disposition.  And nothing can be better than a visit from a good friend, or a sister as it was today.

Great chats, essential oil treatments  for the three sickies, and a beautiful distraction from an exhausting day.  We have much in common, yet there is so much I feel I can learn from her.  As always, when she left, there were so many things I still wanted to ask…things she could teach me.  

But at the end of the day, it’s nice to have spent some wonderful moments together, sharing and enjoying.  Thanks lady.  You made my day.
