Well it was our first attempt at least. I used a gluten-free flour mix, some added sorghum flour, spinach, a couple eggs, some water, and my parents’ pasta maker. The kiddos were hilarious to watch…they were so enthralled with the pasta maker. They loved telling us what to do, and how to do it. We had a lot of fun.
I’m not going to share the recipe tonight, for it needs some tweaking. But the rest of the dinner was great: marinated cod, french beans, and baby red, orange and yellow sweet peppers. Makes me excited for our garden already…yes, I know, Spring may be a while yet…
