It was a wonderful first day of homeschool. Aside from the predictable journal writing, math, reading and recess (4- square and a walk), we started our first family project: the berg bakery where we’ll learn real life skills within the home, creating with grains and flour typically found all across the globe. This project will help us with math, fractions, measurement, science, photography, ,videography, culture studies, geography, cooperation, creativity, etc.

whole wheat pizza dough ingredients
4 1/4 organic whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
2 tbs olive oil
1 3/4 cups warm water
