the grinch smoothie
It melts the grinch within us!
2 bananas
2 small apples
1 large carrot
2-3 cups spinach
1 orange
1-2 cups almond milk (depending on how thin you like your green smoothie)
5-6 cubes of ice
Blend all to smooth.
makes 4-6 servings

the pink smoothie
The kiddos also call this one the pink smoothie. They love it. Today I made the grinch smoothie with 1 cup raspberries instead of an orange. It was good…but they were asking for the pink smoothie. 🙂
1 cup raspberries
1 cup greek yogurt
2 bananas
1/2 c – 1 cup almond milk
3-5 ice cubes
Mix until smooth in blender.
makes 4-6 servings
We’ve been drinking these everyday…making sure we get enough raw veggies and when the dancer got the flu yesterday, I snuck some herbs and spices in the “grinch” with blueberries to boost us all and hope no one else gets it. I’ll let you know if it works…soo far…fingers crossed! xoxo ~ katrina
