My art studio has quickly become Our art studio.
At least a few days a week you’ll find the builder, dancer, and I working side by side in the studio.
There are some moments though that I wonder why the four of us are crammed into the small room together. 🙂 Though these simple creative moments always inspire greater creative pursuits:
Watercolors, crayons, colored pencils…no problem. But full-on painting sessions are set up on the kitchen table. Then the co-creating time becomes more of a supervision time.
And I love to watch!
It’s the mixing and exploring, the stories that emerge on their paper.
I was especially tickled to see the explorer and his process…I don’t use a hand-held palette when I paint…so this made me giggle inside.
