The kiddos offered to help me finish our Christmas cards that I’ve been working on for a week. They loved getting in on the assembly line. Next year I think I’ll have them help do the majority of it. 🙂 If you get one and it has a photo or inscription askew…you’ve been a lucky recipient of a kiddo made card. 🙂
The builder’s pick for a Christmas story tonight was the Dinosaurs’ Night Before Christmas by Anne Muecke. There is a musical dvd that goes along that we’ll listen to tomorrow, as well as portraits of the dinos in the front with each of their names. It is very creative…reminding me of Night At the Museum.
What are your favorite cards to make with kiddos?
Homemade Christmas cards sound as yummy as a plate of goodies, and less calories!
Merry Christmas, Katrina!
We got your card! It was adorable! Was the picture from your engagement. I think I remember seeing it or one like it when I was over once. Thanks! It’s wonderful keeping up with you!
Oh, you’re good Mary! It is from our engagement. Originally I thought I’d write about how quickly life changes and that nothing is constant except the love and eternal atonement of our Savior…. I had all these thank you cards left over…that I never used because i was so nauseated with pregnancy a month after we married, that each time I leaned over to write a thank you…I threw up! Anyways, the designer was happy that I found a way to save money on our cards this year. 🙂 xoxo
