There’s something magical about holiday movies: The Christmas Story, The Grinch that stole Christmas, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and on and on.  I have so many favorites.  But for some reason, I’ve been thinking about Home Alone.  Growing up, it was a favorite of my siblings and I. 

The builder had a run in with his bed today (a huger than huge thanks to Lesa for being my sanity this afternoon!).  A gash, stitches, and several hours later, he was exhausted and the pain killer was wearing off.  I decided it best to make the blue number cookie tomorrow, and watch our Christmas movie tonight. 

The soundtrack has so many great holiday sounds, and the dancerwas be-boping to them.  So many quote-ables, the designerand I reminisced over them and the many funny scenes.  The builder and dancerwere mesmerized as the buglers made their entrance into the home.  It was a fun movie night.
