Combine in crock-pot:
3 chicken breasts
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c white cooking wine
8 oz sliced mushrooms, fresh
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper
3 green onions, chopped
Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or 6 to 7 hours on low. We ate it along side biscuits & a green salad.
