1/2 tsp salt

(combine above in a large bowl)
In mixer, whisk…

8 tbs butter (1 stick)
1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 c raw sugar (turbinado)
1/2 cup pure maple syrup (add 3/4-1 cup if you like them really sweet)
add
2 large eggs

mix till smooth, then add flour mixture from large bowl
Once your dough is mixed, scoop a tbs or two into balls
roll in a small bowl of

1 tbs cinnamon
1/4 c raw sugar

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes

Makes about 2 dozen cookies

{ps.  it probably would have made more…but the dough was so good…we just couldn’t resist! 🙂 }
