Here are some detailed directions:

At the intersection of Highway 40 and Highway 189 in Heber City, Highway 189 becomes 1200 South as you continue eastbound. Follow 1200 South east for approx. 3.2 miles to 4200 East. Turn right (south) for 1 block to Lake Creek Farms Road, turn left (east) for 1 block to Oak Creek, turn right in the circle to 1500 Oak Creek.
