The designer’s mom called this afternoon and asked if the builder could come down this afternoon so I could paint during naptime.  Soo heaven sent!  I was able to paint the builder’s Christmas painting.  When he and the designer came home it was nearly finished, I was painting some of the feet with the dancer on my lap.  The builder wanted to see what I was painting, but we distracted him to the other room.   The designer was soo excited.  He now thinks its my calling to paint cartoon characters.  🙂  I love his enthusiasm.  It was a bit of a challenge deciding my process and which paint brushes to use, but I’m sure the next one will be easier.  Now he’s going to look for some images of Cinderella so I can paint one for the dancer.
