Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
2 tbs turmeric, ground
1 tbs parsely
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbs lime juice
Combine all in crockpot and cook on high 3 hours, or on low 6 hours. Shred chicken and return to crock-pot 1/2 hour before you eat. We ate ours over brown basmati rice, but it would also taste divine over couscous or in pita bread with a cucumber sauce.
