Thanks ladies for all the wonderful suggestions for my mystery squash.  Funny that the designer and I have never eaten it before.  Gotta love the squash family and all that precious Vitamin A.

Well, here they are, 5 handmade catalogue-recycled envelopes for the lovely Cassi (keep an eye out for them in the mail), who gave several yummy ideas for my spaghetti squash, one that prompted a delicious dinner enjoyed by our family, that had some pesto, butter, and Parmesan cheese.  Can’t wait to eat it again…probably tomorrow!
